Is your CCTV currently monitored and is the new or existing system monitorable?

CCTV monitoring is important, as when an activation is received the operator will process the alarm by firstly viewing the activation clip sent from the system, followed by dialling into the CCTV system remotely to determine the cause of the activation.

At that point the operator will deem if the cause of the activation is of suspicious, malicious, or criminal intent. The operator will then proceed to call either the sites key holders, the Police or ourselves to dispatch an Officer to attend site to intercept/investigate on the ground.

The monitoring stations operator also can issue audio warnings and live challenges depending on the system installed at site whilst also liaising directly with either the Police or ourselves on the ground.
