Assure Security (WM) Ltd is committed to the provision of services, which improve the quality of life for its clients and the community using working practices designed to protect the environment.
Every Manager will seek to achieve adequate arrangements within their area of operations to secure this commitment by maintaining a written environmental policy. This policy will identify the responsibilities of all Managers and detail the arrangements to ensure that the delivery of the services is appropriate from an environmental viewpoint. The arrangements will indicate how compliance with all the applicable environmental legislation is achieved and include a system for monitoring and reporting environmental effects.
The Manager for Health and Safety and Environment provides guidance to other Managers through regular meetings. They are also responsible for ensuring that the environmental impact of the Company’s operations is regularly reviewed and for preparing a report of the results for the Directors.
All employees are reminded that they have a personal responsibility to carry out their work in accordance with the working practices detailed in their Company or Operations Manual and to co-operate fully with the Company on any matter relating to the environmental impact of their work.
